Returns Policy

If you change your mind about a purchase, we would happily provide a store credit if the item is returned in its original condition, within 7 days along with proof of purchase. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind. To organise store credit, please see us in store, email us at info@casanoosa.com.au or contact us on (07) 5447 3772. Shipping costs will be incurred by the customer.

Sale items are final. 

For an item to be exchanged, it must be in a new and unused condition. We will not accept exchanges if we deem the product to be used. 

At Casa Noosa, we have great confidence in the quality and craftsmanship of all of our products. If we deem an item to be faulty, we will work with the supplier to provide you with a replacement. Please notify Casa Noosa within 7 days of any damage or fault.

Delivery Policy

Casa Noosa’s delivery team deliver across South Eastern Queensland and Northern NSW. We are happy to provide complimentary delivery for Noosa Shire residents. Please contact us for a delivery quote if you reside outside of this area. 

Shipping Policy

We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of service and delivering items to you as quickly and as conveniently as possible. We use several trusted shipping partners to get your items to you in the most efficient manner. 

If you wish to purchase any of our furniture items and require shipping outside of South Eastern Queensland and Northern NSW, please contact info@casanoosa.com.au for a quote. Please provide your delivery address and items and we will revert to you within 48 hours. Delivery is free for purchases of over $200 anywhere in the Noosa Shire. 

We ensure that all items are well packed for handling. Once the item leaves us and is collected by our delivery partners, it is their responsibility to deliver it in tact. We do pay an additional charge to insure your items. If you do not wish to be charged extra for insurance, this is at your own risk. We will always do our best to assist with any claims that you may need to lodge. 

Pre-order/Custom order policy

We require full upfront payment for pre-orders. No refunds will be offered for pre-orders under any circumstances. When a pre-order is made, we will provide an estimated time of arrival. This is not a guarantee. Shipping times have become increasingly unpredictable during the pandemic. We will, however, provide regular updates as to if and when the estimated time of arrival changes. 

Gift Certificate Policy

Gift Certificates are non-refundable.
