For online purchases requiring “instore pick up”, please allow 24 hours from time of purchase to pick up. This will allow us time to get your items ready before your arrival.
Shipping charges for online purchases are calculated using our online delivery charge calculator using your postcode.
We use the Australia Post to ship online purchases of homeware products and smaller furniture items. If you are not home, Australia Post will typically leave the carton in a secure location out of the weather if this option is selected in response to message from Australia Post. If there is no secure location, Australia Post will leave a card to notify you of a local post office where your parcel can be collected. This service usually takes 2 – 7 days depending on your location (remote locations may take longer).
For our furniture items, we are using a variety of competitive, trusted and reliable logistic providers. They will call you to confirm a time for delivery and take good care of items throughout the entire process. Your item/s will be delivered to the ground floor of your address. This service does not include delivery upstairs, over balconies, unpacking or rubbish removal of the items. Our policy is to keep you informed about the delivery. When your order is despatched, we will email you the relevant tracking information to allow you monitor the delivery progress. For larger orders/furniture orders, you will also receive a call from one of our professional logistic providers to confirm a suitable time for delivery.
Delivery timeframes for all products will be determined at the time of ordering.
If homeware items are in stock, we will try to despatch within 3 business days after receiving the payment or as agreed with you.

The delivery charges don’t cover insurance of goods during shipment.
