Returns Policy

If you change your mind about a purchase, we would happily provide a store credit if the item is returned in its original condition, within 7 days along with proof of purchase. Refunds will not be provided for change of mind. To organise store credit, please see us in store, email us at or contact us on (07) 5447 3772. Shipping costs will be incurred by the customer.

Sale items are final. 

For an item to be exchanged, it must be in a new and unused condition. We will not accept exchanges if we deem the product to be used. 

At Casa Noosa, we have great confidence in the quality and craftsmanship of all of our products. If we deem an item to be faulty, we will work with the supplier to provide you with a replacement. Please notify Casa Noosa within 7 days of any damage or fault.
